If you prefer to order by fax, please call Customer Service at 800-874-5278 to register your fax number. An order form will be provided for you and all orders will receive an automatic fax confirmation.

  • No minimum order required.

For office orders only (non-Direct Ship to Patient orders):

  • Orders with a minimum total of $75 will ship free of charge
  • Orders with a total less than $75 will incur a shipping charge of $6.95

Office orders:

  • 3 business day UPS: Free shipping on orders of $75 or more, $6.95 for orders less than $75.
  • 2 business Day UPS $7.95
  • Overnight UPS office orders: $10.00 ($17.50 for Saturday delivery) up to 25 multipacks.

Direct Ship to Patient orders

  • 5-7 business day USPS ACUVUE® Brand Home Delivery: Free shipping on an annual supply* or $6.95 for orders less than an annual supply (Reusable) 6 month supply (1-Day lenses)
  • 2 Day UPS $9.95
  • Overnight UPS ACUVUE® Brand Home Delivery: $13.95 ($19.50 for Saturday delivery).

Why are we replacing UPP?

We are discontinuing UPP in order to renew and continue our commitment to advocate for the doctor-patient relationship and against legislation that threatens to deregulate the industry and undermine patient health.

We introduced UPP in 2014, and today a majority of patients are paying less for their ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses than two years ago. Since 2014, there have also been significant legal and legislative challenges to UPP across the country that are distracting our focus on emerging issues that could lead to deregulation of contact lenses. Proponents of deregulation advocate for harmful policies, such as online prescribing of contact lenses and extending contact lens prescription expiration limits. Opposing these efforts requires our undivided attention. 

Our new ACUVUE® Rewards Program replaces UPP and provides similar benefits—affordability, access, and patient retention.
