Returning ACUVUE® Brand products

VISTAKON® will accept and credit the original purchase of returned product provided the company receives product in its original and unopened package. Multipacks must be free of stickers, marks or any other type of package alteration. Credit will not be issued for any product received beyond the product expiration date or for single lens blisters. All products received that do not meet the criteria for credit will be destroyed.

In the event that an ACUVUE® multipack is damaged in transit or an incorrect quantity or parameter is shipped to the customer, VISTAKON® will issue an exchange for the incorrect product and facilitate replacement of the damaged product.
